Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Mauldin

I got a small chocolate dipped cone. It was very small for 3.00, in my opinion. I've got bigger cones, the other times, I have been there. I guess it depends, on who is working. I loved the chocolate dipped cone, but too small.. It look like a kid cone.Parking: Lots of parking!!

We ordered are blizzard online for in-store pick up. We showed up at the designated time our order was said to be ready, the doors were locked. So we waited in drive thru (defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. When we got to the speaker in drive through we explained that we were there for a mobile pick up, the guy at the window said “pull around.” So we pulled around and walked up to the window were the guy was very rude. He told us to get back in line and wait like everyone else. He then stood there talking rudely about us to coworkers! Unacceptable, I have worked in the food industry, this is not how you treat customers. Not to mention there is a promotion to use the app and get the second blizzard free. While I paid full price for my blizzard, I wasn’t going to complain to the employees since they are not responsible for the app. What I’m upset about is the poor customer service provided at the drive thru window. How the employee responded and spoke to my husband and then stood there talking about us as customers afterwards to coworkers in-front of us. We drove off without are ice cream.

I went to the drive thru to use my buy one get one free coupon for a blizzard. The cashier didn't know how to enter the code on my app so I left without my free blizzard. I have had bad experiences at this location before, too. I'm never visiting this DQ again.

The worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had. The young female employees were so rude to the customers. They don’t call out your order so my icecream order sat on the counter for 5 mins. Finally I went up there to ask if that was my cone as my number had not been called and she rudely said “yes it has only been sitting there for 2 mins”. I will never give this Dairy Queen my money or business again and I would recommend that they hire new staff before they get no business at all.

I had just gone to a DQ in California 2 weeks ago, and the burger meat there was fabulous. Juicy, tasty, anything that makes a good burger patty great. The burger patties here look and taste like they came from a frozen ball park bag in the grocery store, but worse. I think a frozen ball park burger patty has more taste than the pattys here. Service was great, everything else was perfect, just the most plain tasting, dry, no seasoning, no char patty.
