Slightly out of town (in the 'Faubourg', unsurprisingly) is this locals' gem. Opposite one of the best butcher's in the Department, so the meat is good. Always packed, quick service, astonishing value.

This is a typical small town restaurant which serves a good lunch at a reasonable price.The menu is restricted and the food is freshly cooked by the owner's wife. We had steak and chips. The steak was large and nicely cooked, but a little chewy and was accompanied by wine and followed by coffee. As I was a guest, I did not get to see the cost of the meal, but as a lot of local workers were eating there, it could not have been expensive. The host and his waitresses were very friendly and efficient; the decor is light and airy and the restaurant is dog friendly. The toilets were spotless and it was fairly easy to park in the street outside.If you are in Maubbourguet at lunchtime, this is a nice place to eat.

First time come into the restaurant ... Like everything ordered!! Ordered 4 things and each has its favor and all taste very good
