Dunkin' - Matteson

Dunkin' Donuts has started selling bacon strips, but there’s one issue: you’ll need a lot of napkins. If the bacon isn’t heated, the grease ends up pooling in the bag, leaving you with greasy residue on your hands and clothes.

I was next door at Wingstop, which was a 10/10, but I'm sure Dunkin' is doing well too!

Used mobile app and they didn't have my option when I got here and they told me I couldn't get a refund had to pick something else

DUNKIN DONUTS of Matteson, IL on Lincoln Highway is my go to for coffee to get me thru long work shifts. I go thru the drive thru and the service is fast, customers spoken to courteously all in all a positive experience. There are slower service dayswhen they are training new employees but that is to be expected customers should be patient tolerant. I do enjoy stoppinghere and have noticed the new food products advertised in windows on signs with decorative flags to catch the attention ofcustomers. The parking lot is clean as well as the drive thru area. I usually do not frequent inside of the store but wouldimagine it mimics tidiness. Access off the street is not a problem turning right.. but can be tricky heading Eastbound as itcrosses an island with a Southbound turning lane. If you need your DD coffee this is a minor issue. I recommend this storelocation for its courteous service willingness to make the customer happy.

I really enjoy Dunkin's regular coffee the most, along with some of their specialty drinks. Their prices are reasonable and the service is quick. However, sometimes I have trouble understanding the staff due to strong accents, and the place can look a bit unkempt at times.
