My sister and I came her for lunch. While I went to the ladies room, my sister mistakenly thought that 1pax meant that each sardine was €12 and told the waiter it was too expensive. She came into the bathroom and said we needed to leave because it was too expensive and I said I would look at the menu. When I explained that 1pax means for 1 serving/person , we decided to stay. We were the only non-locals. The waiter my sister spoke to was very rude to her and thankfully we had another waiter who was very kind, attentive, and had a lovely sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed the sardines which were accompanied with grilled peppers, a salad, and boiled potatoes. The price was very reasonable and the food was absolutely delicious.

Recommended by our private charter boat Captain (Paulo) this was an excellent restaurant. We were welcomed into the restaurant and really looked after with a selection of sea food to start, and then a main course of Sea Bass which was incredible. Good wine to accompany the meal, and reasonable for the extremely high quality. Highly recommended.

It is tucked away on the main street, no big signs or awnings, but the local foodies fill the place by 9pm. What quality food, with waiters who know what they're doing. The price is not cheap for Portugal, but taste is so fresh and the atmosphere is great, too.

Quite a formal menu, quite a formal place, quite formal service. And all of that is complimetary none of it is criticism! Really delicious food, excellent polished but friendly service. (Very big portions too much for me)

If you go there ask for percebes , a typical Portuguese seafood. Very fesh and good. Together with the fresh fish try the rice... very very good. To end the dinner go for the desert... really worth it.
