Mcdonald's - Matlock

The food is good. The place is nice. They are slow, got the food wrong and forgot my partner's burger. They left the chip alarm on the entire time we were there. I complained and the lady with glasses just looked at me. Then the alarm went off again. I go here when I'm desperate for something late at night if I have not got chance to cook. Seriously poor service though. Service: Dine in

Had a bad experience here with the food. The staff were polite and tried to rectify the issue, but it was still not quite right. I do frequent many different McDonald's so this isn't a reflection on McDonald's as a whole, which is usually consistent om their delivery. This is a one time experience, I will visit again soon and update if the food has improved and this was a one-off occasion Kid-friendliness: As with most McDonald's this place is very kid friendly. The ethos of fast food is no more at McDonald's No more customer service, you stand at the counter to ask a question about their food to be able to place your order but yhey are Too bizzy with drive through, phone ins delivery's..
