It is an old hotel, quite dark in the hallways and there's no centralized aircon so the hotel feels hot. The room is okay, bed is soft, spacious, aircon is working well. No free water, toothbrush and toothpaste. One thing I did not like is you need to get your towel, amenities, and remote control to the reception desk. Location is good, since the baywalk is right at the front and there's so many restaurants. Service: 2
