Church's Texas Chicken - Mathis

While I get I'm in a small town where only one person works during the lunch rush, I was extremely disappointed in the amount of food I received for the high price I paid. You can count how many fries are in the box and can still see the bottom of the box. What a joke. Never again!!

Pretty bad when you advertise as a chicken restaurant and at 5:00 on a Sunday evening you don’t have chicken! Spent 10 minutes waiting for all white order to find out they’re out! What a joke!

Decided to stop by and grab a bite. It's a Saturday i figured they would be open at 9:30 PM. They lady said lobby closes at 9:00 PM. im shocked the owner would allow them to close so early on a Saturday night.

Always gets order wrong and refuses to give corporate number, instead tell me to write a review on the website. Wow. This was from the store manager and tells me there is no number to give out for customer service complaint. So many bad ratings, they need to change mgmt.

Chicken tenders were raw. I called manager offered to replace them, but I was already grossed out it’s a long drive back into town. Hadn’t been here in a long time wont be going back.
