Anticipating a quick stop, I placed an order while driving south on the parkway. However, when I arrived just 5 minutes later, my coffee and Boston cream donuts were not ready and not even in a bag. Surprisingly, the restaurant was not crowded and there were no other customers present. Despite this, the service was slow and I was left frustrated. I had expected a smooth and quick process, but instead experienced an unprepared order in an almost empty space. This disappointment is even more upsetting considering I had ordered ahead strategically. The contrast between my expectations and reality has left me dissatisfied with this experience at the seemingly empty establishment.
I went to the restaurant earlier today for a dozen donuts, which cost $16. Unfortunately, they were not fresh and I was very disappointed.
This Dunkin' location is the worst I've ever been to. I wish I could give it a negative rating. I try to avoid coming here because of how bad it is. When I do end up going, I regret it. They refuse to accept orders using reward points and the staff are very unfriendly. It feels like they don't care about their customers at all. They might as well put up a sign that says "we hate customers."

Horrible experience. They told me they no longer serve cafe au lait—which is on their menu. And argued they only serve lattes… if one can make a latte, one can very well make a cafe au lait. Staff was not nice and both seem totally unsure of what they were supposed to do. Very confusing experience. Why are the staff not trained in menu items??
