Dairy Queen - Matamoros

I ordered a mocha moolate and It has a horrible taste. I have ordered it before and it didn’t take like that. Also the moolate had something yellow inside. And I had a horrible customer service, the lady at the window said she didn’t speak Spanish. I ask her nicely that the mini Oreo didn’t have Oreo and she said I have to be charged for more and I was fine with that. She then ask in Spanish how manny scoops of Oreo. Service: Take out

Food was spoiled and contacted the manager and he said there was nothing wrong, apparently people don't know what spoiled tastes like according to him Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. These girls working there have a terrible attitude. While in the drive through one of the girls (I believe she had braces) yelled “YOURE WELCOME” as she was handing the drinks over before I could say thank you. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If you hate your life and job that much you probably shouldn’t be working customer service. Service: Take out
