Prisco's Gourmet - Mastic

I used them for my daughters party this past Sunday. My wife did the order of a hero and a olive tray. Picked it up Sunday was supposed to be ready by 1230 I got there maybe 1245. They told me would be ready in 5 minutes. They gave me two trays of hero and a bag and said that's everything I said ok. My wife calls them they give her a attitude tell her that Steve will call her back. I call they tell me he won't be in today. I got a phone call this morning and call back guy is out again. I feel like it's playing phone tag to get my money back from this place. I'm a volunteer for mastic and I'm sure we use this place for our meetings. I think I'm gonna tell them to find a new place seeing how this place operates. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere for your hero's and sandwiches. The owner will not try to make things right and will play phone tag with you. Something so simple should just be fixed.

For years now my coworkers and I have been going here for breakfast and lunch, we do our best to save lives in this town, but the people of Priscos save our stomachs, if you're looking for good quality food at a reasonable price, look no further, always friendly staff. And fast turn around. Especially I when we're running around town all day. Always will recommend this deli to anyone!

Let me start out by saying the food is always good here but the service always stinks for delivery drivers. I ALWAYS have to wait here for my food and they ALWAYS lie about how long it will take. After a heated exchange they admitted they lie to get the driver to stay so the customer doesn't have to wait longer for the food however by doing that they are doing a disservice to the driver. I will never take an order for delivery from here again. They made me wait way longer then reasonable and the jerk in the back was laughing at me being upset they lied to me. Also NOBODY there, customers and workers wore masks or were socially distanced. Stay away from this place!

The food is so inconsistent. Its unfortunate because wjen its good ITS GOOD. It can be so great but if you get the exact same thing the next morning its completely different and terrible. I really don't get it. The 2 girls at the front are always confused about something and have trouble getting the orders down sometimes. The potential for this place is great I think maybe they've still got some things to figure out.

This deli has great food. They also provide amazing service. The counter people are super friendly and nice. It is also very sanitary but it is so overpriced
