This is a spacious family-owned bakery that I have been visiting for the past 18 years. I have never had a negative experience here.

When I called frank’s bakery for the confirmation of the order, the lady who answered the phone said very rude: who did not meet the grubhub was too busy and tried to push me off the phone. she also continued to say if we did not answer that we are too busy, then said I don't know how they ordered in the first pplace. we do not order from grubhub. well, they should explain on their website that they do not fulfill grubhub orders because for the celebration so busy, contacted grubhub and they have a refund of my order as well as gave me a loan for my next order with grubhub. they apologized for francs bad customer service.

This place has been here since 1985 it's very small there not capable to deal with large crowds I waited 1and half hours outside in cold to order a birth cake they told me to comeback tomorrow and they take my order I Tryed to call to order the cake on the phone they said I would have to come down and pay for it in order to have the cake made they said to me when I waited on line for that time to come back when it's not so busy is that how to treat a customer wanting to order a simple birthday cake I've been going there for a long time I walk out scratching my head saying wow they need to train they employees that the customer is always right especially when I just want order a cake a small little cake don't they want my business for real have a happy holiday everyone
