Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe decided to leave the restaurant. It seemed like it needed some attention, as there were tables and trash scattered about—nothing major, but noticeable. The play area was quite hot, so we attempted to sit in the main area to order online, but the app wouldn’t open. I went to the restroom to wash my hands while the app tried to load, only to find one faucet was broken and the soap dispenser on the other sink was also out of order. Despite these issues, the app still wouldn’t work. I tried connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the only available network was the McDonald's employee network, which wouldn’t let me connect. After even restarting my phone, the app refused to open at this location. Without a connection or a way to place an order, we chose to leave and went up the street to Perry’s so we could eat and let Kyle play. It wasn’t until the next day, while looking at some pictures, that I noticed they had a box fan on the counter blowing back into the kitchen! That can’t be sanitary or in line with health code regulations!
Okay so I wanted the grimace shake and when I got there they said they didn’t have it anymore. Like don’t advertise the grimace shake on the menu screen if you don’t have it. And second of all their smoothie machine is always not working. The fries are pretty fire tho.
This really is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been in. I'm shocked the Health Dept hasn't stepped in. This is the third time this week they've given me pop without any ice in it. They don't even tell you when you order that they're out of ice. It's 85° out! When I took a sip, I don't know what kind of pop it even was, but it wasn't the Rootbeer that I ordered and it was very flat! A couple days ago I got a drink (again without ice) and it was only 2/3 of the way full. The girl said it's an automatic machine and she couldn't get any more to come out since there was no ice. You have to do better than this!
I requested a vanilla iced coffee three times, but I was still served caramel instead.
Poor service and rude staff. However, the general manager reached out and resolved the issue, and she was very kind. We appreciate her efforts. The employees were also nice after facing some consequences.
