Our place of heart. For 11 years we came here and here our daughter Irene spent all her birthdays (apart from the first). First Roberta and Elio, and now Claudia and Miguel and their beautiful 4 boys welcome us as part of the family. In these years we have shared emotions, laughter, music, but also difficulty and relief for the heart and soul. Chiaraluce represents the true essence of Marche: sweetness, beauty, care and passion for the territory. The wise hands in the kitchen of Roberta before and his teachings transferred to Miguel have allowed us to taste how well they express these lands: the vegetables of the vegetable garden, the wines of these wonderful hills, the olives to the ascolana with the original recipe of Nonna Rufina, the maccheroncini of Campofilone, the recipes of the Appennino Interno (Amatriciana, Cacio and Pepe and Gricia on all). All wisely seasoned and reworked with carbine contaminations from Miguel. Claudia and Miguel take care of the guests with delicacy and passion and all the people we have recommended this place, remain fascinated.
