Cancun Mexican Grill - Massapequa

I am truly impressed! After reading numerous reviews across various sites, I can't believe I avoided this restaurant for so long based on them! Cancun Mexican Grill is the real deal! Don’t judge it before you try it! The birria tacos were absolutely delicious—my whole family wanted a taste, and before I knew it, they were all gone! I kind of wished I had ordered two! The steak burrito and chicken quesadilla were also fantastic! As for the shrimp fajitas, they definitely need to be enjoyed right away since they're just shrimp! We will definitely be returning! Thank you for the amazing food and service!

I had a great time during my visit. The staff was friendly and well-informed, the food was delicious, and I appreciated that I could bring my own drinks.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly friendly, and the place was very clean. Everything we ordered was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared. Since it was our first time dining here, we were a little unsure whether to place our order with a waitress or at the front, where a large menu was displayed. The decor was beautiful, reminiscent of a higher-end establishment. The chips and queso tasted homemade and were delightful. I ordered the vegetarian queen, which was among the best vegetarian dishes I've ever had. It wasn't overly cheesy, and the vegetables were marinated in a light sauce that added a unique flavor. The dish featured broccoli and other vegetables, possibly mushrooms, all prepared exceptionally well—definitely not boring at all. My wife ordered the shrimp bowl and relished every bite; it was also very fresh and flavorful. The quality of the food rivaled that of fine dining restaurants, yet the prices remained affordable. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future. The only drawback was that a few small black bugs were flying around our table, which was somewhat bothersome. However, the restaurant was very clean, so I suspect this was just due to our proximity to the frequently opened front door.

I absolutely love this restaurant and visit it often. While I've eaten there a few times, I usually just call in for takeout. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and I find the prices to be reasonable. As is common in many places, there's a slight markup for card payments compared to cash, but that hasn't deterred me from using my card. When I do dine in, the service is always attentive. This spot has become a family favorite. Although parking can be a bit limited, I've never had trouble finding a spot for either takeout or dining in. I highly recommend this place! My favorites are the chicken bowl and the Maduros!

The restaurant offers a varied menu with reasonable prices considering the portion sizes. The food is truly authentic and is cooked efficiently and hygienically. No matter if you choose to eat in, take out, or have it delivered, you’re sure to be pleased. Service is prompt, although you may experience longer wait times during busy hours. The staff are friendly, diligent, and worthy of admiration and loyalty.
