Civico 1 - MASSA

Friendly staff and excellent cuisine. I ate a great dish of gluten-free spaghetti!

We booked a table for 2 at 21:00 and we showed up on time. Before 21.20 the waitress did not even have to bring us the menu, only under our request was then brought. We ordered immediately after and until 21.50 they had not even brought us the glass of wine, which was requested twice. The couple next to us, who ordered 10 minutes before us at 22.10 had already received first and second, so after waiting 1 hour and 10 for a cutter of meats and cheeses, which did not arrive, we got up and we went inside to communicate that we would have gone. The waitress, who was serving us, did not even have the decency to apologize and to respond to our complaints, indeed he pretended that we did not exist by commenting with the cook what we were saying. I challenge the owner to respond to this review in any way that is not an excuse, because if he did, he would show the bad service of this place.

An excellent and romantic restaurant. The trait of the excellent staff, the delicious food, typical of the area, good Tuscan wines. It is located at a beautiful square (a little hidden) full of Bar, the heart of the movida of Massa. It's worth it!

To avoid.. The place is nice sin the arrogance with which they welcome you.. And maybe print a menu if you bother to explain the prices.. The food I couldn't classify because they let us run away and say... How to end badly a beautiful evening..

Acceptable service, non-expensive prices for a menu not particularly sought after. The real sin....... You can't just put seven paccheri in a 12 euro dish. Nice location
