Subway - Mason

The service at this restaurant is very impressive and the food is amazing. It is located in the best spot in the city.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I waited in line for at least one hour. It took the staff at least 5 minutes to separate the meat and cheese for our subs and put them on. I couldn't hear their questions clearly. They didn't have some of the ingredients I requested and overall, I felt a lack of attention to detail. I typically don't leave online reviews, but this experience was just so terrible.

It took more than 35 minutes to place an order and they only had one kind of bread, which was stale.

Its subway at Kings Island. 8.49 for a 6 inch turkey . That is rediculus

Had a really negative attitude and rolled there eyes at choices. Very bad service. Lost a sandwich even.
