Panera Bread - Mason

Recently, my experiences at Panera have left me disappointed. However, during my visit to this particular location, I was pleasantly surprised. The service and the food were both excellent. I was especially impressed by the gentleman clearing dishes in the lobby, who was friendly and hardworking. Although I didn't catch his name, he was diligently collecting dirty dishes and maintaining a positive attitude. The staff preparing our food and taking our orders were also pleasant. Thank you all for your hard work and excellent service.

Clean restroom, spotless dining area, quick service. When I forgot to order my meal to go, the staff member was extremely helpful and carefully packaged my food. It made me feel much better about my silly mistake. Additionally, the Sip Club is highly recommended.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with avocados and romaine lettuce to go, with salad dressing on the side. However, the restaurant did not prepare it for takeout and I had to wait longer. When I got home, I realized there were no avocados, the lettuce was brown, and there was no cheese on the salad. I was very disappointed as I had a much better experience at the Panera in Centerville last week. I will not be returning to the Panera in Mason at Deerfield, as they had two chances to get it right and failed both times.

The cashier was nice, but ladies who were making foods were kind of rude. I got a text notification that my food was ready, but it wasn’t ready when I headed to the counter. I had to wait for an extra few minutes standing there.

Incredibly overpriced. Go to an actual, nice restaurant for the same price. When a small cup (not bowl) of soup is $7.50, something has gone very wrong.
