Jimmy John's - Mason

I found this was the closest Jimmy John's to me and decided to order online. I went through the whole process of ordering for delivery only to wonder where the delivery was. Turns out even though the store, according to google, is less than two miles away they don't deliver to my neighborhood. I wouldn't have a problem with this if they had told me that up front. Instead they charge my card, change my order to pick up when I can't due to loaning my car to a family member, and I have just wasted my money and time. Thoroughly aggravated by this experience.

Logan and Lauren were both working when I came in and they were beyond patient with me about my complicated order. They were both so kind and helpful— I will be coming back!!

This jimmy john can be easy to miss. I always enjoy stopping at this place, it is never busy outside the lunch break and the staff was always friendly and helpful. sandra is always a joy to tell her what you are in the mood and she will recommend you a sandwich. I really enjoy the

I have hired and paid a delivery order tonight, waited 1:45 minutes until I finally decided to call the load. the dismaying man on the phone told me that it was because the driver had to go home after I placed my order (understood), but no one canceled the order or harassed to let me know. When I asked why no one had reported to me, he replied, “Because we make sandwiches” and let me know that I could still come to get the food, as it sits on the counter all the time. he never apologized. 0/10 for customer service.

My sandwich was fast and fresh, could not of happened with out Joseph Palmer. Thanks again Joseph.
