It's a little embarrassing how often I visit this place, but I can't help it—I absolutely love their vanilla iced coffee. My mobile orders are always ready when I arrive, and I really appreciate how reliable they are. They truly are the best coffee shop around!

Recently, a coworker mentioned how awful her coffee was, and I couldn't help but agree. So, I decided to give it another shot this morning. Unfortunately, yet again, a new person made my coffee. I understand that everyone has to learn, but it seems these employees haven’t been properly trained. The coffee is simply awful. It’s hard to believe how bad it can be. Why would they have a new person making coffee during the morning rush? I get that they need the experience, but it would be more sensible to train them during quieter times. I waited around 10 to 15 minutes just for my coffee, which ended up being almost undrinkable. At the very least, they should have the new staff try what they’re making. That’s all I’m asking.
People who don't even work there will help . I'm talking make food drinks etc. how is this sanitary or allowed when they have not been trained on how to do these things properly? I used to work in this area last year so would frequent this Dunkin and the workers were always nice, fast and polite. What happened?! They also will talk to each other instead of assisting you. Wow.
