Dairy Queen Store - Mason

Ordered a 2 piece chicken strip and a medium Dr. Pepper. My total was 5.62. I gave the girl $6.00. She gave me .30 back saying sorry I can’t give you your exact change. Which whatever. It’s just 8 cents short. But really?? Food was also very oily. The girl was sweet and apologized and told me to have a nice day. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

No outside lights on at 8:30.guess they wanted to go home early. No condiments or plasticware offered. Stingy with salt, pepper, and taco sauce even after asking. Will not repeat the visit. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was hands down the worst dq I’ve ever been to. Their speaker didn’t work in the drive through, which okay understandable, that happens. We sat there for 20 mins and received cold food. When I asked for ketchup for my family of 5 the girl lied and said it was in the bag so I proceeded to check and there wasn’t any. As I look up at her she was annoyed making a face. I let her know there wasn’t any and then she walked away annoyed and gave us 5 packetsthis whole time she didn’t say a word. I drove around and got out and asked for more and she basically ignored me and looked at the manager and said I just gave her 5 and she wants more. I said I’m sorry can I not have more? I have a whole family. He got up and walked towards her and she gave me 3 more and still had the same annoyed face. Neither of them said a single word to me, they just talked about me to each other like I wasn’t there. I don’t feel that should be a major thing to ask for, especially for three kids. Our food was cold and seemed to be cooked in old oil. The bread was stale. There was also a sign that said no free refills, which I’ve never seen that in a dq before. The drinks tasted like syrup. It all around was awful from the food to the service.

Waited over half an hour for our food, and I wasn’t close to the only one. Finally had to leave. They couldn’t figure out how to give a refund. I’m sure they’re trying their best but that ain’t it folks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was okay, we were charged 2.05 for a small cup of water and we didn’t think that was fair. The young girl that brought our food out to our table never said a word, just slid our tray across our table and walked away. Not sure we will stop here again.
