Taqueria La Costena - Mason County

I order for two orders of the 3 tacos only ! 25 minutes before closing payed with 60$ was only given 10 dollars back of change ... you do the math ... couldnt complain when I had noticed they were already closed not only that but instead of 2 tacos i was given 2 cheese birria tacos so not only was i short of change but i got a completely different order and on the receipt they had taken payment for the 3 tacos. Last but not least they are always rude save your money and go down to a taco shop 1 minute away called taqueria el kiosko so good and so much more is given for the same price ;

We stopped here after our wine tasting in the Valley. The chips and salsa were great (always a good litmus test). We ordered at the counter and they brought out some very flavorful tacos. Three tacos seemed to be right for everyone. Would go again!

I asked for a horchata she acknowledged me and still forgot it but somehow 5 tacos ends up being 20$. I literally had no time to argue with someone incompetent. So i left but will never be back. First and last time. TINY tacos at that, there is a taco truck by am/pm in renton on rainier thats WAY better and better prices

We have had birria tacos elsewhere but decided to try this food truck for lunch as it's closer to home. We got birria tacos and birria cheese tacos. We got the combos that came with consomme. I liked the cheese and birria ones better than just birria. The consommé was yummy and flavorful and I liked all the cilantro on the tacos. We got a side of rice and beans and they were mediocre at best so I will not get that in the future. We'll definitely be back to get them again and try some other things!

My family and I love this taco truck in Renton by the skate park off exit 4 called la costeña birrieria y taqueria. I 've always had a good experience except for today unfortunately I had a screw in my taco. When I told the cook she looked so confused and said let me remake them how do you trust the food after this? I am so disappointed that all this time I 've thought so highly of this place. There was a new kid that was taking orders today and he seemed bothered to be working and didn 't have a good attitude and although I can 't blame him because I didn 't physically see him do it I have a gut feeling he purposely placed it there. Anyways Renton friends watch what businesses you are supporting.
