Jimmy John's - Mason City

Orders incorrect plus Delivery takes over an hour. This has happened on several occasions ?

Best Jimmy Johns I've had in a while. On a long 9 hour car trip and swung by for some food. The food was amazing. Nice and fast. Excellent layering on the meats. Definitely worth going out of our way!

Slow service in the drive through, and recently I got someone else's order. Was back to the office before I noticed and just had to deal with it. A technical difficulty today and the person responding was swearing about it while the drive through window was open.

I'm pretty sure they gave me orders to someone else and had to reimburse him. they seemed confused when I raised and tried to give me another order.

The general manager is abusive towards their employees.
