We loved their food so much that we travelled back from Naldehra to Mashobra only to have their scrumptious meals. When it comes to this place, there can't be a more homely restaurant. The food is prepared by the family itself on the mezzanine floors while the sons of the family operate the restaurant on the ground level. The portions are huge, perfectly flavored and the hospitality is humbling. During my extensive stay in the mountains of Himachal, this was probably the best place I've had my food at. Do try their Aloo Parathas, Pulaos, and vegetable curries made of paneer and potatoes.
Yumm paranthas tasty aaloo pyaz, crispy paneer, gobhi stuffed you get it all here. Sanjay ji and everyone will treat you with awesome paranthas, special ginger tea, and then there’s more lunch and dinner dishes to keep frequenting this small habit really hospitable restaurant. Don’t forget to taste and maybe also pack their lemon pickle :
Amazing food !!! Superb hospitality!!! Everything is mind blowing, from aloo ki sabzi to paneer bhurji..do not miss their fabulous aloo Paratha definitely visiting Mashobra just to eat here again!!
Firstly the people who run the joint are very polite. The menu is not extensive. They serve only a couple of varieties of parotas which is home prepared and tastes delicious. The tea too here is very good.
Service: Humble and modest. Run by family and have their kitchen upstairs. Accommodating as per dietary needs. Oil less/free paranthas. Food: Paranthas were really good and good variety. Simple and delicious. Also had Kadhi and Paneer Bhurji with tawa roti. Simplicity at its best. Please note sitting space is limited but good food will keep you from thinking about it. Tea especially ginger is awesome. Not to forget, prices are as reasonable as possible. No where gonna burn a hole in pocket. Enjoyed all 2-3 days of meals. Thank you Kapoor family!!
