MG Restaurant - Masbate

Was invited by friends staying at MG Hotel. I stayed here once before and only had complimentary breakfast then. This time I was invited for lunch. Food was okay, nothing great. Next to the restaurant is a small pool. Not remarkable, but not bad either.

Fruit and toast breakfast was terrible and coffee was instant. one may be better off ordering one of the filipino breakfasts.

I went there because this hotel kept popping out during my Masbate research. I didn't stay, but ate meryenda. Unfortunately it was expensive and overpriced. The serving is good for two, but the taste and the quality of the food isn't worth the money. The restaurant was beside the pool, which was small, and the resto itself was large but no one was there so it was very lonely and hot since they won't open the AC for one. Won't come back to eat nor stay.

Didn't stay here but went to the restaurant and had an experience that was hardly enjoyable. Waitresses couldn't really be bothered to serve us, didn't pay attention to one of our party's allergy information and the portions weren't exactly filling. Disappointing.
