Jeff's Texas Style Bbq - Marysville

Food was DELICIOUS!! Brisket, Pull pork sandwich, Mac&Cheese, Brisket chili and potato salad! Already recommended to my family and friends!!

Today, I enjoyed a late lunch at Jeff's Texas Style BBQ, where I tried the smoked turkey and pork ribs. It was my first experience with the turkey, and I was impressed; it was incredibly moist, tender, and flavorful. The ribs, as always, were perfectly cooked – tender enough to fall off the bone, meaty, smokey, and absolutely delicious. The staff here are consistently friendly and chatty. However, my day took a turn for the worse after lunch when my rental car decided to give up on me in their parking lot. The crew checked on me regularly until closing time, which I really appreciated. They even offered me dessert and water; I opted for the water but regret not trying the banana pudding as well! These are genuinely kind people, or perhaps they just thought I was some sort of BBQ bandit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The brisket, turkey, and all the sides were absolutely delicious. The sweet tea is the best we've had since moving from the South. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the menu options. This place is a must-visit for anyone craving BBQ!

I arrived quite late, but fortunately, they still had pulled pork available, so I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with hot BBQ sauce and a Silver Cloud Brewery October Lager (which was excellent). The pork was delicious—tender and not dry at all. I'm usually hesitant to order pulled pork anywhere because it can often be just a mushy mess, but not here. This pulled pork had real substance (I hope that makes sense). I enjoyed my sandwich so much that I ordered another one to save for lunch. Next time, I need to come earlier to try the brisket!

I recently had my first visit to Jeff's BBQ just a few days after my brother and his wife praised the brisket. Having lived in Houston, Texas, I know what makes great BBQ, and Jeff's definitely delivers. While it's not the cheapest option, it's absolutely worth every penny. I plan to return soon. The only downside is that they're only open from Friday to Sunday, but that just gives you something to look forward to when craving authentic Texas BBQ.
