Downright insolent and condescending! I used to shop there a lot but no more. Got yelled at just because I asked a question about the receipt. The man even kept shaking his head after yelling at me. Go there if you don't mind paying with both your money and dignity. The staff are my new favorite staff. SO funny and SO kind! The baked good are also top notch although they were out of cronuts… That just means I'll have to go back though haha

The products were pretty good but the customer service was not. We ordered multiple items and asked questions about if they had other items and were met by condescending comments by the older gentleman working the counter. Overall I would not return as there are many other similar bakeries in the area with much better service and similar products!

Awesome Taiwanese bakery/coffee and bubble tea shop. This bakery is as good if not better than ones I’ve been to in NYC or LA. Their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Their egg tart is to die for, just make sure you call ahead and have them put a few aside for you. Overall, an authentic taste of Taiwanese baked goods. Highly recommend this place.

Service was very poor with owner very rude to questions like whether do you have natural sugar. Americano was one of the worst I tasted. Will never visit again
