Arby's - Maryland Heights

It was about 4:30 in the afternoon I was the only one there place my order drove up to the window they took my money gave me my drand then I was totally ghosted I set there for 5 minutes when the manager walked up to the window wondering what I was doing sitting her I placed an order paid for it And then they just forgot about me! I just can't believe how bad customer service has become!

Unlike McDonald's on Dorsett, Arby's hasn't blatantly messed up any of my orders.

The drive thru staff were incredibly professional and very customer service oriented! I love Gyros. I’ve only had them from Greek restaurants. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting very much at all.. To my delight, I was seriously impressed with the quality! This will be a minimum weekly stop for me. Thank you all!! Great all around!!!

Great food, but poorly trained staff and extremely slow.

Updated: I understand the world is going through shipment delays but I've been there twice and they were out of, guess what?! Roast beef. First review: This location is not exceptional but the 2 to 5 p.m. slider special and value menu is hard to beat when I'm in a rush and on a budget. The staff is hit or miss and the environment is usually somewhat clean. The other thing this location has going for it is that it's not typically very busy so I never have to wait too long.
