Good food, great old Pub atmosphere. Local wines from the Avoca area available by the glass. Great place for Sunday brunch.

An old hotel that has been redeveloped into a cafe restaurant. Reasonable choice of menu which can be open steak sandwich through pasta and pizza. Soups in winter. All good value and bar is open.Food is well prepared and service is good with ordering at counter rather than at table. Service to table after order is usually reasonably quick although when very busy can be a little long. Noise is a problem if a lot of people. Outside seating is great on the many good weather days Maryborough has.There is an upstairs area for usually private functions. Open lunch and dinner with good value pricing. Popular at lunchtime and positioned off the main at opposite the court house and post office. Wheel chairs will have two steps to enter main area or ok outside tables as ground level location

Very few customers there at the time. Service was very slow. Coffee was only lukewarm and scones very average. Wouldn't go again in a hurry
