The Purple Iris At Hartwood Mansion

We went for their Thanksgiving buffet today. Food was decent but not worth the price. After 18% gratuity added to each person"s $55 bill any drink costs, I think we could have cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner and had leftovers. Now we have empty pockets and fridge ?

My now husband and I just got married here yesterday! We fell in love with the venue the minute we toured it! We wanted a chilly fall wedding and the Purple Iris was so prepared, when we had only ordered 2 heaters for our tent they were there to add 2 more heaters to help us out! The food was absolutley incredible! I had over half of our guests tell us that we had the best food they had ever had at a wedding before! We had three option choices and we chose the vegetable cavatappi, the chicken and the salmon because at our tasting we thought it tasted amazing! We had family kids at our wedding and this venue offered chicken tenders fries as a courtesy to children under the age of 12. The staff were all so kind and accommodating! They helped make our dream wedding come true and we couldn’t have ask for a better place to have our special day! Thank you again to Destiny all the staff at The Purple Iris for everything you did for us!

Absolutely a phenomenal venue! My Son’s wedding reception was amazing and beautifully hosted. The food was delicious thank you Chef and staff), the bartenders did a wonderful job, Destiny kept things running smoothly with the planning and the entire night of the event. ALL of the staff were friendly and kept checking on guests to see if we needed anything. The venue itself, is gorgeous! The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this venue for any Wedding, reception or event, and we will definitely book our next special occasion with them!!!!!

What a FANTASTIC Venue for my daughter/new son-in-laws wedding reception! Staff, service, location, environment and food were all superb! The food quality and taste were some of the best that we’ve ever had!If your considering a venue at this location you won’t be disappointed! No need to look any further, just book it now..??

My now wife and I had our wedding here yesterday, and it was literally perfect. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the house and tent were beautiful, and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place, and would definitely go back for future events!
