Kitzie's Lounge Club - Martinsburg

Kitzies provided catering for an event at the Washington County art museum in November, and we've received enthusiastic feedback from all the guests who attended.

The crab cakes were exceptional, and both the management and servers were wonderful! The food was delicious and of top-notch quality.

I was really disappointed with the Valentine's Day special at this restaurant. For nearly $90, we received two terrible meals that took a long time to be served. The chef clearly had an off night; the bread was so badly burnt that it crumbled in my hand and had charred bits everywhere. The potatoes on the menu were so salty that they were practically inedible. Our beef wellington arrived lukewarm, barely even warm. We dined at 5:30 PM, and the restaurant was already overwhelmed with customers. We were supposed to receive a rose as part of our meal, but none was offered to us. In fact, they were so eager to turn over the table that they asked us twice if we wanted to take our dessert to go.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at Spring Mills Restaurant. I ordered a medium steak, but it came out rare. When I sent it back, I was surprised to find that the chef simply recooked the same steak instead of providing a new one. I've never encountered that before.
