Applebee's Grill - Martinsburg

Applebee's is a another chain store with its usual grub pub fair. The store is clean and the staff attentive. Is good for lunch or dinner and the prices, even in today's market, are not too bad. I personally recommend the rack of ribs.

I ordered the Chipotle bowl and the gauc came frozen still. The server had no issue remedying this situation and was very friendly the whole time we were dining. Was a great dinning experience we will return

Kayla the bar tender is awesome. Professional and knowledgeable about the menu, pleasant and friendly, seems to know all the locals by name. The food I've had is fresh and tasty. Service is prompt. Easy on and off I-81.

First time to Applebee's ever with my girlfriend. Had about a 10-15min wait but that wasnt bad at all. Wasnt that impressed by the waitress, she didnt seem to really show the kind of customer service a resturaunt should have, however everyone else who brought us food was very kind and offered us nice suggestions since it was our first time. The food was EXCELLENT and the dessert was mouth watering! Definitely impressed, the waitress is the only reason I didnt rate a 5 stars.

Pretty busy when we went with a party of four. Got seated near the windows in the side area of the dining room. It was much colder than the normal area. Food was okay nothing spectacular, the bowls are worth it, good portion in them. Prob won’t come again though.
