Mcdonald's - Martins Ferry

The absolute worst service that I've ever seen there was barely anybody there and they miss my order three different times even after me raising my voice they still just stood thereUpdate. 4/2024 ABSOLUTE TRASH. BE PREPARED TO WAIT 20 MINS FOR ANYTHING

Dinned in my food was cold, two girls arguing and yelling at each other!!Parking: Good parking spots because no one comes here.

Just seen two employees get into fight f u talking about fighting an manager just walked past them

Whoever was taking orders for the drive thru kept getting it wrong. Then when I pulled up because they kept getting it wrong, they still got my whole order wrong. An Iced Mocha is NOT a iced coffee. They are very different drinks.I asked for a steak egg cheese bagel with no egg. It had egg. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, they ordered a sausage biscuit with egg. Get a new cashier for your drive thru because BOTH people running it don't know what they're doing.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We get there and we were waiting forever for someone to take our order. Then we see a kid maybe 5-7 and he’s just walking back in the kitchen helping himself to ice and everything else. Their was no ice in the pop machine everyone had to go up and get it but when u would try and get their attention they would ignore you. Our fries were NOT done they were still raw and molded to the the container with grease dripping off them. Will not be wishing at this McDonald’s again!
