I ordered twice at your place via just eat. The first time, 4 pizzas, 1h30 waiting before receiving pizza, I had to call to know where it was because the app marks that the delivery is approximate while it just left. Second time, after 2 hours of waiting, I call the pizzeria. I was told that they only received my order and that they had not yet confirmed it while I had received confirmation 10min after ordering. The gentleman apologizes, makes them express and tells me that I should have gone through them directly because the app works badly. How could I have known? After three hours of waiting, I finally got pizza. Of course, on the three there was one that wasn't the right one. If you know that just eat is disfunctional, why continue working with them? And instead of putting everything on the need for an app, try to send the right pizzas.
