Kamal kitshiri is an experienced Indonesian cuisine chef: he prepared the archipelago menus all over Switzerland for years and ended up in martigny. the whole family helps in this brand new restaurant. we have fed on the day 1 (opening) at his ratu bali and were very happy to eat his **** and gay typical emincés." fresh vegetables were crispy and edible and meat was delicious with the exact local Balinese flair. the casual welcome and warm family atmosphere of this intimate and charming medieval arcade restaurant was pleasant. we will definitely eat again its beautiful and low calorie delicious dishes.

On a aimé le charme de l'ancien bistrot du bourg. L'espace n'étant pas bien grand on s'y sent comme à la maison.La cuisine était savoureuse. Il y avait certes quelques notes européennes qui n'auraient pas été nécessaires à notre avis, mais nous avons très bien mangé et en suffisance.Le patron nous a régulièrement demandé si tout se passait bien et nous avons appris en fin de repas qu'il avait pris la peine d'ouvrir pour nous et une autre table de 2 personnes en ce jour de fermeture.Merci à ce patron, qui possède déjà un restaurant indien tout proche, de nous offrir un peu d'exotisme sous nos latitudes valaisannes. Je l'encourage vivement sur cette nouvelle lancée.

Nous sommes allez au Ratu Bali complètement par hasard grâce au Passeport Gourmand et nous avons adoré! Meme si la salle ne paie pas de mine, le menu dégustation est vraiment complet, delicieux et pas trop cher. La serveuse était au top, très avenante et agréable, le cuisinier est venu nous demander si tout c'était bien passé. Vraiment top. On y retournera c'est sûr.

The whole family is helping in this brand new restaurant. We were dining at his RATU BALI on day 1 (opening) and were very happy to eat his chicken and pork typical 'émincés'. Fresh vegetables were crisp and enjoyable and meat was tasty with the exact local balinese flair. The casual welcome and warm family atmosphere of this intimate and charming medieval arcade restaurant was enjoyable. We definitely will return eat his nice and low calories tasty dishes.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben das leckere und köstliche Menü genossen! Zum Abschluss haben wir einen ausgezeichneten Jasminblütentee getrunken! Sehr zu empfehlen!
