Chez Tao - Martigny

When we decide to go to Martigny to visit the Modigliani exhibit at The Gianada foundation not to be missed) I looked at the advices given for asian restaurants on trip advisor and this one had pretty good reviews. The decor is not much, it looks a bit like a cafeteria. Service is decent and the waiters are pretty friendly. My husband had a wan tan soup, very small bowl with 2 or 3 raviolis. I had the vermicelli salad (thai style) and it was weird to see deli turkey sliced in a mixture of vermicelli soaked in ketchup. The main dishes (thai chicken green curry and chicken with ginger) had this weird ultra thin chicken that felt rubbery and tasted like it was processed. Prices would have been reasonable if the food had been decent but unfortunately this was not the case.

It's hard to talk today too much fat chicken is too dry and salty rice is salty difficult to swallow vegetables served for ducks smell our family never ate again

Very tasty food for a good price. Very friendly staff. We're going again tonight.

It's the last time, before it was everything perfect but now horrible. I just bought takeaway and we can't eat the dishes, they are too much too salty. Everything for the trash
