Kfc - Marshfield

This is, without a doubt, the worst KFC I've ever visited. I've lived in Ohio for most of my life, and this place doesn’t come close to the great KFCs I experienced in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The only thing they seem to do right is pot pies, and even that isn’t an option right now with everything shut down. Sadly, I find that 98% of restaurants in Marshfield are genuinely terrible. It’s disheartening when McDonald's becomes the best dining option in town, even though it's nothing special. KFC really needs to reconsider its operations here. The same goes for most of the restaurants – if all they have are self-entitled staff who don’t take pride in their work, it’s no wonder they’re struggling. If the new wave of employees continues like this, many restaurants will face bankruptcy. Then what will people do for variety? Rely on McDonald's, because they have a systematic approach? It’s frustrating to see KFC and Hardee’s in Marshfield perform so poorly. They should either close down or hire people who genuinely care about their jobs. Thanks for nothing. I was stuck in Ohio for almost three months, and both Hardee's and KFC there were fantastic. The staff here need to work in a different state to understand how to properly prepare the food according to the company’s guidelines. It's simple: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS!

I've experienced this twice now, and both times they've been out of chicken, the original recipe, and extra crispy options. Waiting 40 minutes for chicken is simply unacceptable.

Butt Plüggs has closed its drive-thru, and the lobby is only open for customers who have placed online orders.

Don't go if unless it's 15 minutes before close (or more) at 9pm. They won't have about 95% of the menu after that... Also they won't offer to make anything if they need to stay longer to finish the order. Go only if you're going in the early daytime Iguess..

Was not happy with the service I ordered a 3 peace tender meal and the tenders were so small and mostly breading. When I went back to ask about sauce they said they were out. I will not be going there again.
