Namasté - Marseille

Yes, it's Indian cuisine in Marcheille as other commentators said, well located right in front of the prado cinema.

Overheated and crowded restaurant: the atmosphere made in in india is right there! The decorum is beautiful.

The food is tasty and served with elegance. Ambience is relaxing but a bit dark inside. We ordered Chicken Tandoor and Marat panned with Naan.

For beginners like myself - Indian food is not on my favorite list ;-), the Namaste offers a very compelling experience : Nice ambiance, great starters, and a mix of everything-indian which fills both your body and your soul.

I went a few days ago with my large family which means we ordered basically everything on the menu and I tasted all of it. I would recommend getting a few of the curries if you go in a group because they are served in separate bowls with a communal platter of rice and it makes sharing very easy. It's very filling Indian comfort food. The cheese-stuffed naan was the best. Get a reservation if it's a large party; especially since they're one of the few restaurants open on Mondays and they're right across from the movie theater and people trickle back and forth from there.
