Pizza Hut Marsden Park

Staff members unable to offer pizza deals while in-store. Tried to use online app to get discount from $56 to $33 but app wouldn't work correctly. Staff member said there is no way they could help us so we left to another pizza place. Always bad service at this store either online or instore

Got a cheese pizza and they added sooo much extra when I didn’t add any extra and when I tryed to explain to the lady I can’t eat it bc all of its just falling apart and she began to yell at me telling me I was wrong doing so I left and she started talking to other customers about the situation very poor customer service

I have never been more disgusted not only with the quality of pizza that was delivered, but the excuse I was given when I called to tell them. Arbi the manager on duty your customer service needs some improvement. Will be taking my business to Domino's!

I just wanted to say thank you to Janai in Pizza Hut Marsden park branch. She is the most kind lady and her customer service is 10 out of 10. Even the taste and the look of pizza is different when I get my Pizza from her.She cares about customer and always has smile on and very respectful to the customer.Also today I ordered my pizza online as Tuesdays 2 for 1, something had gone wrong with my order and just 1 pizza been ordered. She fixed the issue and she made me my second pizza with her beautiful smile. Much appreciated Janai you’re the best.

The personal service was good. pizza was fresh and delicious. must taste her creamy chicken pizza. I highly recommend this place.
