Very disappointing and inefficient customer service. I think the team member should be spoken to this thema. I went to the front counter to wait in the line to pay for my interest, behind only one person. After he paid for his things, I was next. Instead, the team member decided that all coffee orders are taken off at the same front counter, so that they are cut off before me and take an extremely long coffee order instead of paying me efficiently for my benzin, which takes less than 10 seconds with a simple hahn of the Eftpos machine. I had to be very patient. not only was I cut in front, but the customer service lady then authorized to do this by saying, "but they were in front of them in line." then make a line. there was no line. there must be a change in the system because this is not correct.
Modern, clean layout. Two bathrooms, one suitable for disability. Certain water sold out, not many vegan options.But nice plants at the entrance and flowers sold inside. Service was ok, no smiles and questioned about taking photos to help people on google maps. Petrol prices would be competitive as 7/11 is next door and Coles express opposite.
