They get one star because staff were alive and bldg was standing. Every single table was dirty. No napkins straws nothing at tables. Soda machine not working right to its root beer was clear. Cola was awful. When we c/o nothing was done. The guy working the drive thru window was vaping. Yes vaping. Worst fast food place I ever entered. Use go DQ frequently yrs ago in PA it was always clean n well managed. What happened???
This is not a complaint just some constructive criticism. My husband and I go to this location about 2 to 3 times a week. We order literally the same thing: baby chocolate cone with rainbow sprinkles and a small sundae with chocolate sauce (not fudge) on the top and bottom. There is never any consistency. My cone has been made with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles and my husband has had various sizes of the sundae- even though order a small. Tonight my baby cone was a large cone which I have never had before- it is always the smallest cone. The price is always different also- varies from $6.05 to$6.87 and always the same order. We were asked tonight if we wanted a receipt which has never been asked before. If there is a receipt then the actual food that was ordered via the drive thru should be on there- correct- and there should be no errors with the order.Also tonight we noticed one of the female workers sitting on the counter. We are in the industry and that is a health code violation. That area is used for food prep and no one should be sitting.We do enjoy our ice cream for sure but just can’t understand how 2 pretty simple orders can be so inconsistent. We actually joke after I place the same order each time if they will get it right this time.Just wanted to pass this along. Maybe the manager should have a meeting with the staff and review ordering procedures.UPDATE- we went to get our ice cream last night. Again asked for the small sundae with chocolate syrup on bottom and top. Repeated two times to the employee who in turn repeated back- chocolate syrup. What happens- we get to the window and the sundae has hot fudge on it. Seriously what is wrong with the employees at this location. Pretty simple order/ I would think. My husband is too nice to say anything but I am going to should this happen agin the next time. Not looking for anything but almost comical now. We joke before we even order if they will get our order correct
Place a order inside for a chili dog and pretzles. Waited 20 mins, then asked whats up with it. They just said someone messed up the order and asked me to wait 5 more mins and they would make it for me. 15 mins later i got my food. These people really want $15/hr? They cant even make the orders as they come in.
The food was good but all the tables needed wiped off. They had a dirty floor fan sitting on the counter blowing into the cooking area.
