I was a little thrown by the peppercorns and such on top, my usual place keeps it pretty simple, but these folks really know what they're doing. Def getting more tomorrow.

As we were traveling we were looking for smoked fish and Thill Son's Fish House was the right place to check. We purchased three kinds of fish: salmon, trout and white fish. So far we tried smoked salmon and smoked trout. Both fish tasted delicious. We also appreciate great customer service at Fish House. If you love smoked fish Thill Son's is your place to go.
