My husband went in to pick up subs at noon on Wednesday january 31 and stood there for several minutes while the two employees played on their phones. Several minutes later one looked up and instead of asking how she could help, she told him that if he wanted something he should ask because they can't guess what he wants. ???? A manager there better keep a closer eye. So rude. We won't use this location anymore. Very sad and frustrating.
Don't recommend getting the wraps-picked some up last night. They cost too much for how small they are, and they had basically no flavor. Very disappointing experience.
Health code violations galore and lazy workers! Refuse to fill delivery drink orders and want non-employees to do their job.
The people are awesome! I have not a single bag word about the employees. You guys rock. My words are for the franchise. The portions for the price suck. I used to order Jimmy johns all the time. I ordered for the first time in a long time and the portion sizes suck. 7 bucks for mediocre potato salad that is gone in 7 bites. It 's forgettable and too heavy on onions. The ultimate porker was more bread than ham. I won 't be ordering again which is a shame because this was my favorite place to eat. I don 't mind paying more for a well made sandwich. Don 't forget it 's supposed to be freaky good freaky fast...
I had a terrible experience with a very rude young man. He was blonde, and on the shorter side. He was very short with me and didn’t correct my order when I asked him politely, and proceeded to mumble curse words under his breath when I told him it was still wrong. I’m disappointed with my food the service, plus I love Jimmy Johns so this made me sad.
