KFC - MAROOCHYDORE

Well, we visited again. Why? Chicken completely dried, service slow, chips soggy and the order was wrong. You're just selling chickens, you'd think it'd be great. It wasn't.

This restaurant is really old, you place your order, pay a lot of money, and they always get your order wrong every time. Maybe they should invest more in training their employees instead of advertising. It's so disappointing when you get your order delivered and it's not right. Shameful.

Pretty similar to all KFC, but this was nearby, which was quite painful. Chicken was okay, but Pommes were little sogui when we ate.

This must be one of the worst carcs I visited last Sunday at 6 pm, had waited from the original chicken, 20 minutes, and the management had no excuses for young employees to deal with customer complaints. Last time... I visited I drove through the journey waited in box for ten minutes before the order I was taken car before me, do they need staff I wonder

The staff here are great, the food hot, but the poor folks are very understaffed and run off their feet, which leads to neglect of the cleaning. I attended on a rainy night and the floor was very slippery and greasy and a bit of...litter and crumbs around the floor also. Some tables were not cleared yet, but the crew were putting maximum effort into getting food to the customers and deserve the credit for that, just need more of them.
