When we arrived the room lock was being repaired . We had to wait as the hotel was full . We were upgraded to a higher room for our whole stay.

The hotel location is good and most beaches are within reach but the good part ends here. The hotel guys are very harsh and slow in response. They said rooms will be available after 1pm only and inspite of that nothing in the room was ready and we had to ask each and every thing including basic soap, shampoo, slippers. The rooms and washrooms were also not clean and we found used band aids in washroom. If you are planning to stay here...I recommend look somewhere else. There are many good hotels at lower price. We came back after a year to goa.stayed again in seasons. New improvements have been seen. The balconies have beautiful decor . Expectations and delivery of food is top notch . Breakfast is far improved , loved the fridge concept . Staff are the same and friendly. Nearby activities: Close to the beaches, 10 mins Safety: Safe hotel Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury

Food drinks: 1)The Chinese we tried was amazing. 2)The biryani was not at all worthy also the staff didn't knw how to serve the biryani. 3) And in the breakfast not a single item was good not worthful.
