Mexican Food Factory - Marlton

Like ewww how gross. the food was blah plus i watched the manager berate a family in front of everyone and it really upset me. When a family goes out of their way to spend money at your restaurant they deserve service and respect. Times are tough right now this manager should not be one of the lucky ones to still have their job.

Food always great and our waitress was fantastic I believe her name is Brandi. She was right on the ball always anticipating our needs she brougjt out water refills without being asked, napkins were refilled without asking as well as extra salsa. The restaurant and the staff are A

Huge portions but a lot of onion mixed with the meats. Great if u like that.

For starters, this food is not authentic... Don’t listen to the people in the reviews who are saying it is. That’s not even the worst part because the customer service was even more terrible. We weren’t greeted when we came in, and we had to literally grab other workers that were near us for us to get our waitresses attention every time because she was going to everyone’s table but ours (for whatever reason). We were still very nice and ate a little bit of the food and decided we were just going to eat somewhere else. However, we STILL went ahead paid our bill and tipped the 15%. Horrible customer service, and even worse... horrible food. Taco Bell is better than this place, customer service and all. Wouldn’t even feed my dogs this.

The food was delicious. The waiter took our order and memorized everything. There were 12 of us and he remembered everything and everyone of us got exactly what we ordered. We tried the different Margaritas and all were very good. We sat outside and enjoyed a fun and relaxing time.
