Love this place, everything is fresh and staff is friendly

I ordered a cake for a coworker for the time to be picked up at 1pm! Happen that my office had no water so the office was close so I was going to cancel the cake. I called at 7:40am to confirm if the cake wasn’t made so we can cancel the order. One of the staff confirmed that the cake was indeed ready and even mention the colors and the design, so I was ok whatever I’ll just get the cake since it’s done and figure out what to do with, so when I went to pick up at 8:40am staff tells me that the cake wasn’t ready. I drove 20 mins out of the way to go get my “ready” cake for them to later try to justify how my time to pick up as at 1. I though it was very unprofessional to lie to a customer and I didn’t even get an apology.

Unfortunately the regular bread continue horrible. Don’t waste your money on that. On the other hand, other things are very good, like cakes, desserts, food and the service at the front is exceptionalEdited on Apr/2021 from 1 to 4 stars.The bread i never brought to try again but all of the other products and services keep going great specially the front service.Edited on May/07/22 from 4 to 5 stars. The front service keeps great, the quality of the products keeps excellent, the chicken soup meat soup are the best ones compared to other restaurants. Considerable clean. I haven’t try the regular bread again but considering the rest of the things this place have been deserving 5 star.

I am Brazilian and know how to cook, therefore i can be very picky when it comes to Brazilian food. Brazilian flavor by far is one of the best bakeries around, worth trying!
