Soda refills are not free, it doesn't not mention until Bill comes medium cups, full ice). Service lacks 100%. Need to ask for every single thing. When 1 server asked if want more, another came right after, then first dropped bill while I wanted more and was eating. Seems spot some young ppl spend parents money bc they don't know better yet. Parking: Can only park in spot marked for restaurant. Prob will walk a bit.
Called in a pick-up order yesterday. They answered the phone in a timely manner and the food was ready when I arrived for pick-up overall positive ordering and customer service experience. However when I got home I was really disappointed, the food was bland and really had no flavor. This used to be a good place with reasonable prices, I had not been there in while but will not be back.
I have always found the food to be of very good quality. They are very consistent in whatever they prepare. Food is ready on time. However, on a recent visit I was very disappointed in one of the four dishes that we ordered. We ordered a fried calamari appetizer and very few pieces were included given the price of the appetizer. Additionally, the presentation was quite poor. For this reason I am dropping my rating one star.
First let me say the sushi is good. I won’t discredit that they have good sushi, however the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I came in with my son who had a doctors appointment for a broken collar bone and I wanted to cheer him up with a nice lunch. I ordered us some sushi and placed an order to go. They messed up the entire order and then stood around talking in their language while laughing and staring at us. You guys had 1 job .. couple of rolls for the table and couple of rolls to go. Not to mention I ordered it all at the same time so it wasn’t confusing for anyone. Not sure what was so funny.. maybe the fact that the staff doesn’t understand how to take orders ? anyways we are a huge sushi family and the sushi was good so it’s too bad that we can’t support this local business
I've been here quite a few times. With that said, it seems like the service and quality had gotten worse. This review is based on my latest visit. Upon entering, I wasn't acknowledged. After waiting about 5 minutes, I called out to the woman doing something in the back. It seemed that she was annoyed. I specifically asked for the veggie roll lunch special and she charged me for regular rolls. The difference in price isn't much, but it was the principle. The soup was half the size it used to be and the rolls were sloppily made and falling apart. Not a fan. I rather pay $2 more at another sushi place.
