Cafe Del Sol - Marl

The start in the cafe del sol was unfortunately holperig. Although not much was going on, it took 15 minutes to get in touch with our table, and that also only after request!The vegan burgers were great, the pizzas were ok, but a bit too oily.The further service was then ok.

In the cafe del sol you can not only eat well for lunch/ dinner but also drink delicious cocktails. in summer it is nice to sit on the terrace. the tiger chick is recommended.

A lovely place, with good food, nice view and a kid-friendly setting. They have convenient parking slots. Once you go in no-one will greet you, but you can pick yourself a table, and once you sit someone will come and ask if you chose your drink immediately...other than that all is good, the menu options are nice. They have kid's menu and a changing station too. They had the unlimited schnitzel meal, but then the waitors took so long to show up and get the second one, so it is impossible to physiologically stay hungry for more than 2 pieces with such delays. Overall, recommended place though!

The nicest part of the place was closed the moment when we arrived, without any apparent reason. Food arrived after waiting some time… and was cold. Save yourselves the trip and go someplace else.
