Restaurant Italy Cafe Bar

Been there yesterday during Kilbi. Older lady (black-haired) served. I said twice: A small Coke please. Came with a large cola. I then immediately said that at the beginning I said I would like a small Coke please. Then she said: Well, I didn't hear that and left it like that and left straight away. Suggested solution: A friendly waitress, even if you were stressed, would have asked if the large Coke was still okay and if not, then replaced it with a small Coke. It seemed to me that she had deliberately brought a large Coke to increase the bill a bit. We were only there to have a quick drink and not eat anything. However, I don't want to make any accusations. It was just strange that she had ignored it even though it had been said twice. However. The bottom line is not a proper, friendly and guest-oriented service.

Toll. Auch Fußball wird gezeigt... u. a. Deutsche Bundesliga. Sehr höfliche und schnelle Bedienung.
