Use the drive thru more than going in and the service leave a lot to be desired. Walked out the last time I went in as I stood around and watched 4 staff members unable to handle drive thru

I mobile ordered I mistakenly ordered from this Tim Horton Express instead of the plaza beside it. I was surprised with the fast service. The staffs were very nice too

Fantastic experience! I go here everyday in the mornings and the employees are friendly! Their service is quick and accurate! This Tims Express is in the Esso! Drive thru service was very fast! Before I go to work, I always go here and they save my time!

Absolutely love the staff at this Tim Hortons! They're fast and always go above and beyond. Special shoutout to Suda and Flora! Their ability to develop strong relationships with their customers beyond the transactions is truly remarkable and doesn't go unnoticed. Looking forward to my next visit here and seeing them again! Update: the management hasn't given me anything, but my drive through service I've recieved day after day has improved my opinion of this location. My morning routine coffee has been made day after day with consistency. I'm much happier than I was before especially now that they let me know when something is unavailable instead of just switching food on me. Original: Made a complaint and was assured the manager would reach out to me, been nearly 2 weeks with no contact. They swapped my sandwich for another with different contents and made no mention of the switch, croissant for English muffin, sausage for bacon. On other occasions they switch your drink, somehow managing to give tea instead of coffee. Get it together please.
